Framed Cactus Cluster
This piece is a blending of two different series, my glass cactus desk plants, and my framed flowers. My goal is to provide a new way for those that enjoy my cacti to keep them around in areas unfit for a free standing sculpture.
Hand sculpted from borosilicate glass, each cactus is blown individually before being constructed into a complete scene using a hand formed clear glass frame to create single solid sculpture. The clear glass frame is then mounted inside solid wood frame, and ready to display.
